Turn off the transfer lock and ask for the authorization code, sometimes called an EPP code.

Is a domain free with hosting?
Yes, the first year of one domain is free with any yearly hosting plan. After that it renews at the normal price shown in search, the same as buying it on its own.
Can prices ever go up?
Only when the registry that runs a domain ending raises its own wholesale price, which happens occasionally for .com. We pass that on at cost and tell you 30 days before your renewal.
Can I keep my domain here and host somewhere else?
Yes. Domains work on their own, with full DNS control. You can point them anywhere, and move your hosting to HostingWC later if you like.
What happens if I forget to renew?
Auto-renew is on by default. If a payment fails, the domain enters a grace period in which you can renew at the normal price. We email you several times before it expires.
